Shipping Costs

To see the exact shipping costs, add products to your shopping cart and complete all required details during checkout. The exact shipping costs will be displayed there.
All packages are shipped in cooperation with PostNL.

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (17:00) are shipped the same business day. Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed.
Delivery time within the Netherlands is approximately 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
No packages are shipped on national holidays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over possible delays caused by PostNL. Please take this into account.

Return Policy

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after purchase.
Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged.

Track & Trace

You will receive an email once your payment has been registered and again when your order has been shipped.
All items are shipped with Track & Trace via PostNL, so you can always track your package and see when it is expected to arrive.

Ordered an Item with a Longer Delivery Time Together with an In-Stock Item?

Some sold-out items can still be ordered with a longer delivery time. This option will appear (if available) after selecting the size and gift option. In this case, the order will only be shipped once the delayed item is back in stock.

Would you like to receive the in-stock item sooner? Please place two separate orders. This also applies to pre-orders.

If an item has a longer delivery time, a yellow notification will appear in the shopping cart during checkout:
“One or more products in your cart are not (fully) in stock. The expected delivery time may differ.”
The expected delivery time will also be shown next to the out-of-stock item.
If there is no yellow notification, all items are in stock and your order will be delivered according to the standard delivery time.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving our shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hakkuh.com so we can track your package.
